2. Information we collect

  • Enquiry information: your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the information you choose to include in a form, email, call or WhatsApp message.
  • Website and analytics information: pages viewed, selected website interactions, device and browser type, and coarse location information where your cookie choice permits analytics.
  • Client records: communications, agreed work, billing information and records needed to deliver and administer services.

3. How and why we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve services, maintain security, keep appropriate business and financial records, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the activity, our lawful bases may include taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligations.

4. Services that process information

We use suppliers where needed to operate the website and communications. These include website and email hosting, Google Analytics 4 through the Google Site Kit WordPress plugin, Google reCAPTCHA, website security services and WhatsApp. We do not sell personal information.

Google provides the Analytics service and acts as a data processor for Google Analytics customer data under its data processing terms. Google explains its Analytics processing, security and data-transfer arrangements in Safeguarding your data.

5. Cookies and analytics

Essential storage supports security, forms and your saved privacy choice. Google Analytics cookies and our custom analytics events are optional and are enabled only after you select Accept analytics. Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are used and whether visitors interact with service links, contact options and articles.

Google tags use Consent Mode. Before you accept analytics, or after you reject it, the tags may send limited consent-state and cookieless measurement pings that Google can use for aggregate modelled reporting. Analytics cookies and our custom interaction and enquiry events remain off unless you accept analytics.

Our analytics event setup is designed not to send names, email addresses, phone numbers, organisation names, enquiry messages, form-field values or the content of calls, emails or WhatsApp messages to Google Analytics.

Your analytics preference is saved in your browser for up to 180 days. A material change to the preference format will ask you again sooner. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using the control in the footer or on this page. Withdrawing consent stops future optional analytics from that browser.

6. Sharing and international transfers

Information may be shared with service providers, professional advisers or public authorities where necessary and lawful. Google and other suppliers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires a transfer safeguard, the relevant provider terms may use measures such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards. 7. Retention and security

Google Analytics event and user-level data retention is set to 14 months. Aggregated Analytics reporting may not be governed by the same retention control. Other information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, to maintain appropriate business records, or to meet legal requirements. We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect it.

8. Your rights
